I have Worms!!

I bought a worm farm a week ago to minimise the amount of rubbish we are creating. We don't have a lot of rubbish anyway, but this way all our food scraps are being recycled into the garden to improve the soil. A much better idea, I think. I only bought 500 worms - yes they come in boxes, no I don't think anyone counts them. Apparently you need about 1000 to get your worm farm up and running quickly. They'll get there, eventually.

Still pretty warm here for Winter. We've already had Yule - the shortest day - last week and I'm looking forward to it gradually getting lighter and lighter.
